Day Visits 2025

CANCELLED - Visit to Dulwich Art Gallery Wednesday 2nd April 2025
 
The visit to Dulwich Art Gallery on the 2nd April has been CANCELLD.
 
You may still like to go and see this exhibition, which runs until 26th May, yourselves.  You can get there by train from Radlett with just one change and there is free parking in many of the streets near the gallery.

Visit to Flatford Mill on Sunday 18th May
 
A guided visit has been arranged to Flatford Mill, Suffolk on Sunday 18th of May to discover the scenes that made John constable famous. Also included is a visit to the house to view some of his paintings.

Discover the views that John Constable painted in the hamlet of Flatford, set within the Dedham Vale countryside. This is a National Trust property so members of the Trust will be able to enter free of charge.

 
There are facilities on site for refreshments and lunch.


A number of other tours and NT Visits for 2025 are being considered and arranged. These include Southill House,  Kenwood House (to see the exhibition of John Singer Sargent the subject of our May lecture). Poulsden Lacy, Great Bookham & Petworth House in West Sussex, London visits to the V&A and our 3rd Art and Architecture Walk in the city with Ian Swankie.
